Dr. Ahmed Saad
Dr. Saad has been working in the dental field for over 15 years so far, and he loves being able to make a positive difference in his patients’ oral health while also forming relationships with them through genuine conversations. He’s honored to be taking the reins of the dental office from Dr. Pace and carrying on an impressive, decades-long legacy built on top-tier customer service and clinical quality. Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?
Both of Dr. Saad’s parents are dentists who practiced in California, so you can definitely say that this type of work is in his blood! When it came time to choose his own career, he realized that he had a genuine interest in two distinct fields: dentistry and engineering. He ended up taking college courses in both at the same time to learn as much as he could, and in the end, he decided that he felt a stronger passion for oral healthcare and the prospect of helping others smile brighter as a lifelong job, just like his parents. All these years later, he’s never regretted that decision!
Where Did You
Study Dentistry?
Dr. Saad completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California and then transitioned to the USC School of Dentistry for his dental doctorate. Over the years, he has attended a significant number of continuing education courses in order to keep his skills up-to-date and offer his patients the latest treatments. He’s also volunteered with the UCLA/USC mobile clinic and the Downey Dental Association, both of which are focused on providing essential dental care to children in need.
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Dr. Saad is happily married and has two children, one in elementary school and the other in high school. Dr. Saad's wife, Dr. Wahab, is a successful psychologist. When she's not at her own practice, you will find her here at Pace Dental of Vienna making our own patients feel welcome and at home. When Dr. Saad isn’t busy at work, his favorite hobbies include spending lots of quality time with his son and daughter and volunteering at their schools. He’s always up for joking around and sharing his sense of humor too, whether it’s with family, friends, or even patients!
